I have just aquired a toshiba stratagy. Here's the issue.
1. There is no hardlock/Dongle on it, can I still make it work?
2. I don't know what Version of software, or what Stratagy this is (6,24,etc), is there anyway to find out easily.
3. don't have a 9 pin monitor handy, can I still connect and program with my laptop?

1 if it is a PC no 2 check the dongle  sorry had to do that it's Monday 3 if it takes a 9 pin my guess is it is a 4lite or maybe a 6lite. The 4 lite was programmed with external pc and software but you need a special cable (nul modem will not work) and the correct software. The 6 lite you could use a monitor and keyboard to program. When these were made you could install a VGA card (15 pin) and load a file for the new video card. But that was a long time ago.
Just an old phone man just trying to stay busy selling hosted solutions and POTs line replacement devices.
