My organization has a Aleen VME 4000 voicemail unit and the last IT guy that controlled it has since left. He misplaced the Voice Mail Utility Program that controlled it. https://www.its-tel.com/ Customer Support is not helping much right now. Where can I get the software that allows me to connect and change settings on the unit? I am in dire need of a solution. Thanks

The vup software is version specific you will need to know what version you have. Someone needs to find the software that came with it otherwise you may need to have a vendor remote into system for you.

It is version 6.14 I beleive.
I am not even sure where we purchased the unit from. I will have to ask around.

If the installer did not change the password it is easy to find the password. If you log in to 900 it will tell you the software version. A lot of the programming can also be done with a telephone via DTMF programming. Contact me at BCSTEL9@aol if I can be of assistance. I know the system pretty well.
