I have a customer with a 4 port VSR covoice 240 voice mail system on a Mitel SX50. Port 3 always shows as loading and waiting for a call. Port 3 always seems to be active showing activity of HuUh 044015 (time). It never answers calls. I have rebooted the PC but trouble persists. When I unplug the channel it still shows as waiting for call. How can I test or reset the port on the voice board.

Use a superset 4 telephone and test each port from the phone system before it gets connected to the voicemail, check the wiring to the jacks. make sure all ports work with the superset 4 telephone.
