Do you not have the restore disk in the PC case? If you are a dealer, you should be able to contact Comdial for what you are needing.

Yes I have recovery cd, however box was upgrade soon after install to 11.1. Since then software has been lost. This is the only Key Voice system we have left, and not a dealer with comdial.
