have a client that needs to rerecord their introduction, they have a strata dk 40 with a key voice debut system. can any one help with this?

1. Do you or your client have any documentation (KeyVoice Supervisor's Guide).

2. Have you or your client done this before??

3. Are you a Toshiba tech? All you need to do is access the voice mail port, get into a a MB and get into the Supervisors menu. If I remember correctly, this was outlined in a previous thread in the Comdial forum. I'll take a look.

This isn't that difficult, but if you are totally unfamiliar with the KeyVoice---it may be worth your time to find a Vertical/Comdial local tech to help you and show you how.

There also may be a password problem that you & your client need to address.

the client nor i have any documentation for this system, and the last system i worked with was a meridian about 5 or 6 years ago, i've been an outside plant tech for 20 years and was trying to help a customer out with this issue, because the local phone company is useless and the guy that installed this system has passed on, so im just trying to help them out.
