Well, it depends on where you have the calls ringing...

If they ring to a PhDN, then it could be a CF issue.

If they ring to DN's via program 81/4/7, then it's going to be a programming issue.

----

Ideally, how do you want it to ring?

(i.e - at a single DN, then to VM during the Day1 mode. at all DN's then to VM during Day2 mode. Direct to VM during Night mode.)

I would say that at a daytime should go first to operator and if not answered than to voicemail and greeting (need to change program 83?), afterhours straight to voicemail (87). Currently the lines go straight to phones (PhDN). Distributed Hunt is set up only for voicemail ports.

Okay...

1. In 81 turn on the LED's that correspond to the lines you want to ring at the operators DN, during normal day operation.

2. Then in 82 (12 sec. delay) or 83 (24 sec. delay) turn on the LED's that correspond to the lines you want to ring to the VM pilot DN during normal Day operation on a delay (unanswered).

3. Finally in 87 turn on the corresponding LED's for the lines you want to ring to the VM pilot DN in the Night mode.

Then you should be set. :thumb:

p.s. - don't forget to turn off the PhDN ringing!

It should come on automatically when a new message is left at the corresponding extension.

If it does not, then the correct COS needs to be turned on in the VM.
