We recently purchased an office that had the Amanda @ SOHO system already installed.
One of our employees went through and reset all the messages. That employee is no longer with our company and took all the manuals/documentation with him.
I have been able to go into the system and reset the greetings for #1, #2, and #3. However, when I call the number, it still has the greeting that the former employee put on it. (Wrong company name and info). When I redid the greetings for #1,2,and 3, the display states it is on Amanda2 and the wrong greeting is on Amanda1.. Not sure what this is.
Is there a way to reset the main greeting? Or worse case senerio, how to erase everything and start fresh...
