Went to a new cust site today. Cust has a Strata DK-16 with a Lingo XL voicemail. Trouble reported : When transferring to ext 24, phone rings 3 times then rings back to person who transferred call. Easy fix. Set up call foward busy/no answer to voicemail. But now, when calls are transferred, phone rings 3 times then voicemail answers with main greeting instead of personal greeting. Box is set up with name and greeting recorded.

The vmail follow-on id needs to be programmed for the station. Press Intercom+656+24+2+Redial. And Intercom+657+924+Redial. This is similar to what's in the user guide but for a Lingo.
