DX80 with 4 port flash vm; worked fine until new user took over extension. now has vm flashing lamp and display shows 1 new vm. press vm key asked to enter password enter extension # told "sorry that is invalid entry reenter your password". I think possible old user changed pw; but could there be another cause?

yup jw is right!!! just get to the super box and default the password or just delete and re-add the box...
