I have been trying to get the pms interface on a Replay Plus ver6.71 to work properly, but so far all the check-in data is rejected for invalid room numbers. However, if I try to add one of these numbers via the system manager hospitality screen I am told that the room is already in the system. Can anyone tell me the installer level password and/or where I can get an installation manual for this beast.
Any help much appreciated,
