Need help with vm b4 Sat. visit. Customer cannot access vm via dialing 433 get "no such Member", I have forgotten what this is and can't find anything in my notes about it. (getting to old for this stuff)

Typically means the VM is stunned or fried. Try a system reset and see if you can get in with a laptop.

Actuly it says "no legal member". Thank you RBF. I thought it may be something like that.
