I am having an unusual issue with a Replay Plus. It's ver 2r2; it is the dos version, not the gui. If you add System Manager status to a mailbox, and login to that box, it never asks if you want to access sysmgr options. I've tried this on multiple boxes. I've also noticed that, when booting and rebuilding prompt libraries, there is a OP - Opening Line prompt set, but that never appears in the prompt editor. So I thought maybe I would de-archive some files, but there are no utilities! DBFix is there, but big deal. This customer is finally making use of this machine because I told them how great and flexible it was. Now I'm standing here with my d*** in my hand, and can't even demonstrate how to change the system clock.

Before anyone asks, yes it is plugged in, and yes I rebooted the machine. Also, I can work around the problem.

Well, first, Replay is an old old system. But you probably knew that.
Login on Replay is not done from a mailbox ID. This is different from a Repartee or other A/V product. If you think about it for a moment, you should be able to do the login.
Sorry to be vague, but login info usually isn't discussed in the open part of the forum.
