Repent Member Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 12 Oregon	I have, according to the Ultramail program, a mailbox with a message in it. This mailbox, however, is used as a ring page to our external paging system. I need to get to that mailbox and delete the new message waiting there. I cannot find anywhere in the docs I do have, that tells me what key combo to use to get to the mailbox, from my extension, and to listen to/delete the message waiting there. Because there is a message waiting there, it is messing up my paging system, i.e, causes a fast busy signal over the PA constantly. This happened before, a long time ago, and the guy who resolved the issue isn't around anymore.

Repent Member Joined: Aug 2007 Posts: 12 Oregon	the solution was: on an extension, press Call 1 button dial 777 dial mailbox # in question. from there, you can listen to or delete the message. Solved my paging issue. Repent
