Lately I had a number of VMS and VMP voicemails that a customer will leave a message and the message shows the call came in but no message was left. I run logs on these voicemails and it shows the message was left with so many seconds of time but it never produces a message. I left messages myself and every so often they don't appear but not every time or a pattern. Active says its because of a tone at the beginning of the message and I need to contact the carrier of the orginating call but thats next to impossible to do since most are unreported or never show up, I was thinking this is bull but if true is there a way to change the tone at the start of the message?
