Anyone got their hands on one of these yet? We put one out about a week ago and it's giving us fits. Basically it works fine during the day, the customer is mainly transferring people into vm since the phones ring until someone picks up during the day. At night a night button is pressed with a delayed ring to vm. Problem seems to be that the vm is basically shutting down at night to about 8am and not answering with the greeting. I went down a few days ago on it and 2 of the 4 ports were locked onto box 800, I had forgotten to set 800 to Say Goodbye after no digits dialed so I figured they were getting thrown into a loop and locking up thus not answering. Fixed this and the problem still exists. They say the phones just beep when you press the vm button or intercom the ports directly when the downtime is occurring. Not sure what type of beep hard to say over the phone. Going on site tomorrow early morning to hopefully get a better look at what's going on, but figured I'd see if anyone else had similar problems. It's on the end of a J1632 with 2 expansions fwiw.

Did you have the accompanying entry in the vm.cfg file that allows 99 to work?

Not sure off hand if it doesn't come default then probably not. We always used 99 so all the ports wouldn't answer at once and it didn't do so set to 1 so I just chalked it up to vertical changing something haha. This was one of the few I've installed from scratch so I'm not opposed to it being my error either though.

Anyone else running these? I'd be curious as to how they are doing and what hardware /voice cards / # ports are installed.
