Hi everyone, I am using an Amanda Voice Mail system version 3.xx and the issue I am having is that when someone is leaving a message they get cut off after 30 seconds or so. I logged in to mailbox 999 to see if there is an option to set the voice mail recording length for people leaving messages but I did not find it. How can i extend the amount of time that people have to leave me(record) messages?

You can't change that from mailbox 999. I'm not sure what model you have, but you will have to log into the Amanda via the keyboard if it has one or through a serial connection with the admin software.

Thank You. MY Amanda does not have a keyboard but it doe she as serial port. I will use that
