I just installed a vme-elite for a customer, on a toshiba strata dk, and even the code seems to be set correctly, its not lighting the lamp.
any thoughts?

Verify that the vm is going offhook and dialing the codes which is something you can easily do with your butt set or a digit grabber.

I have put a ton of these in on Partner and Win systems. I always have to go in and slow the VME down on the codes that it dials. If you look at the pbx integration..(I think) or under notification or something like that, there will be an area where you can edit the light on/off codes. You may have to put pauses in to slow the system down a bit. BTW keep me posted on how well its working for you..we have stopped selling the VME line because of issues with the last 6 we put in.
