I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to change the time on the Prophet Light VM system. I have a customer I moved a system/vm for and they want to change the time because it is off by an hour. I understand you can connect via windows based software or using dtmf tones. It seems like a simple enough task so I would rather do this using dtmf. If someone can help me with this one I would greatly appreciate it.

You can try this I'm not sure if its for your unit.
3.8.3 Changing to/from Day Light Saving Time
The operator can change to/from Day Light Saving time by calling the unit and,during the opening greeting, dialing:
*7 + XXXX + ? XXXX refers to the operator’s password.
? = 0; Reduce the time by one hour
? = 1; Increase the time by one hour
