Hey does anyone know anything about a Visual Networks CSU/DSU?
My customer has lost thier outbound T1 but are still recieving inbound. AT&T like always has been no help and state the cucuit is clean. The system Toshiba DK-280 all programming seems to be in place....
Any Ideas?

Don't deal with AT&T. They are the only company that had a T1 down for 2 weeks and always blammed everyone else for their mistake.
AT&T tech don't know what they are doing.
All of their system are old and disorganized. I would run far away from this company.
