Hey guys, i am new in this job. I have a customer that has a data T1 now and we sold them a new AT&T MIS T1 . I will do the cut for them. Now when at&t drops a T1 on their router and will provide static IPs what steps i need to do to make it cut it smooth?.

Please advise.

Did you (or they) give any thought to this before you sold this to them??

You need to provide us with more information regarding the existing equipment before we can help.

when i traced from Demarc the T1 tied to their cisco switch 2950. Any other infos you need ?. thanks

Have the T1 channels come in the mail yet? You'll need those before you can hook it into the cisco.

don't forget a new can of dial tone for the new T1. I would flush the old out first before adding the new.

Yep, let's cut a little slack here. The best suggestion given, was to get some help on this, looks like you're over your head. Moving this to T-1.
