I have some old style Dialogic cards that I am trying to configure with my carrier on ISDN circuits. We have tried both DMS and 5ESS unsuccessfully. I am receiving D-channel information on the call, but the B-channels are not going off hook. My carrier is using a DAX switch. We are also set up for B8ZS/ESF. Any ideas?

I would investigate the Dialogic boards first and the software driving them then talk to the carrier. The carrier can bring test equipment to your site and simulate what you are trying to do. That will at least let you know it is something with your boards or software you are using to initiate the service.
