Can you post some details about whatever it is you're doing? It looks like you're testing a transmission system of some type, but how you expect anyone to help you without putting your question into context is beyond me. What are you testing? What are you testing with? Are you conducting this test, or were these results given to you by someone else?
Your last question was almost as vague, and as you saw there was no reply. Please provide some details if you want any help.

The circuit was bouncing and the customer pulled out these statistics, i already opened a ticket with the carrier and they still have not replied... I only have a little knowledge on these thing as we only handle E1's, but these are DS3 circuits... i guess i might consider another job....
