Hawkings makes a 2 port wan router with 4 ethernet ports they sell for about 130.00 at Frys Electronics. I have them installed at 3 seperate customer sites and they seem to work really well and provide load ballancing. As far as the third DSL line I have to agree with the group it is really not needed. I serve 150 apartments with 2 on the FR24 from Hawkings

We use the Nexland product and have had no problems. It doesn't really load balance as I understand the term, but does balance IP requests. Reporting is very weak.
