I deleted the history of the internet, but soon find out that I need some information. Is there anyway that I can get my history back?

Assuming you're using IE, I think you are out of luck. I'm fairly sure that there is no back up for the history folder. Do you do a routine system backup? If so, using Windows Explorer, make sure that you can view hidded files and folders (tools/folder options/view tab) and then go to Documents and Settings and the appropriate user name. There's a subfolder called History. Copy it from your backup location to the same location on your machine. That will restore whatever you have in backup. /*tom*/ ------------------ Audience Response Systems | NY Rangers Fan Club | Interactive Meetings

There's a great piece of software called File scavenger, i use it all the time to recover client's lost data. Retreiving history would be a bit messy but if you really needed it, it could be done.
