I will try that too bro. Except my 3rd octet MUST be 2 (x.x.2.x) as the cable boxes throughout the house have IP addresses that must match the 3rd octet from the primary router. I di try that once although I was using the WAN ports on the other routers.

Hey Bro-- One other thing I agree with ED, use that 3Com switch I gave you, it will simplify things, and would be alot better network performace-wise. IMHO..

I am 1/2 way there. By having the primary router at 192.168.2.1, then going from LAN port 1 on the primary to a secondary router (LAN port 1) and giving the second router(My wirless DLINK) IP 192.168.2.2 I have successful netowrking. I have even added a 3rd router (IP 192.168.2.3) and have that connected from LAN port 2 on the primary to LAN port 2 on the 3rd router (an SMC Barricade) I can access all computers, print servers and routers from any computer on the network. I do not have any internet except on the primary router. I have tried adjusting the WAN IP addy, and subnet, et al like SEMPER suggested but still have no luck with internet outside of the primary router. I have not attempted to use the 3COM switch yet, been a busy weekend. Thanks,

Crack head alert! After the last changes everything was working fine. I had IP conflicts. Once they were resolved everything worked fine on all computers. Thanks everyone. You too bro.

I kind of figured that to be the problem from the onset, but I felt that I should keep my personal comments to myself. That is usually the cause for all of our problems that can't be explained. Remember, the customer is always right in general business customer service, unless you are dealing with telcos. The customer is always wrong until the customer proves themselves right.
Don't get me started again on this subject!

Just for one's personal pleasure if they go through this. I had three devices with the same IP. My son's laptop upstair which we use for an MP3 jukebox while cleaning/bathing kids. My PDA which runs wirelessly as well. They all shared the same IP with one of the routers. Once I got that all fixed up I was good to go. I should no better and start with simple and work from there.
DOH!!!
