:bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: I've been using the same company to host our dedicated web servers in their data center for a long time. Unfortunately their growing pains are starting to become my pains. I've tried to work with them, but business is business. Earlier tonight in an email to their tech support I said you guys are really in India aren't you?  Can any of you suggest a top notch operation to handle hosting dedicated servers in a 24 X 7 datacenter with proactive techs? Also, has anyone heard anything good or bad about rackspace.com in the past year or so?

I know several people who work at Rackspace.com. They swear it is heaven on earth. Their reputation in our area is impressive. If you want to talk with them I'll try to get a contact for you to bypass the minister of propaganda crap and get to the source of info. Let me know via PM.

Not sure if you are still looking but you might look at Peak-10. They have several data centers strategically placed around the USA. Just PM or e-mail me.

Thanks for the suggestion Cracker. I'm not familiar with Peak-10 but will check them out for future reference.
I was actually waiting until Monday to update this thread but since I'm here I might as well go ahead.
First, a huge thank you to Dave, (RBF) for turning me onto his contact at Rackspace. I actually began migration a few days ago and started the DNS swing Friday night. So far we are very pleased with the move. There were a few bumps in the road with the sales staff, but the techs are top notch.
