mgere Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 512 Monroe, MI	Guys, can any of you help me out with shutting off dhcp on the 3448. I'm just learning and was given the 3448 for training purposes and can't find anywhere in the manual how to shut DHCP. I tried to put it on our network and found out the next morning that DHCP was turned on(ouch!). Any help would be appreciated

jwooten Moderator-Comdial Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,328 Harlingen, TX	This adtran manual is over 2500 pages, ouch! Go to index and look for DHCP. If its not accessable thru the GUI, which I doubt, then CLI is the other route.

mgere Member Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 512 Monroe, MI	It has a GUI, but I can't add it to the network because it is handing out addresses, I guess I could put a netscreen in front of it and MIP to it. Yup, I'm in config t, you would think it would be pretty simple command, could it be as simple as adding a ip address to the default vlan and that would stop DHCP service.
