I currently am unsing a Netgear FVS338 Router. I have 2 SIP Trunks that will call out but I have no speach patch. Under Port Triggering I have Transport Enabled UDP with Port 5060 both incoming and outgoing. Then I have SIP Trunking Enabled UDP with Ports 10000-10100 both incoming and outgoing. I have SIP ALG also Checked. I am not sure if the Sip Trunking Ports are correct. Can anyone tell me if I have something wrong or am missing some programming? Thanks.

I would try disabling the SIP ALG. It's counter-intuitive but the ALG's usually break more than they help. Also, if there is an option to disable the SPI firewall, do it.

Are you sure you only have 100 ports for RTP Traffic? Most systems start around 10K ports up to the whole upper range. I would check that as well.

you might also want to expand your sip rtp ports to use 10000-20000 as thats standard in sip. and yes disable sip alg thats like the death of sip.
