That system looks good. You happen to have a local dealer for Whitby Ontario?

You can shoot me a PM if you like.

Thanks.

Brian,

I just went through a similar process for our 7 location organization. We ended up with Allworx, however Shoretel was close behind. I also was fairly impressed with the offering from a company called Ipitomy.

On a side note, depending on the last time that you renewed your T1/data services you may be able to leverage the renewal to help cover the cost of the phone system upgrade.

Can Allworx be administered as a single system or does the administrator have to log in or administer each system/node separately? With disparate locations it will be a major advantage to administer them as a single image rather than multiple systems as it is now.

Thanks for all the reminders to check out more independent dealers. I have meetings set up with a few next week. But I got a bit of good news from one I met this week.

It seems that the Toshiba systems we currently have can be upgraded or used in the setup we are trying to move to. The pluses are cost reduction as we can use all of our current phones, less training for staff and I am familiar with the Toshiba systems.

I cannot say that will be the way we end up going, but it certainly helps when we do not lose the $1000's in gear we already own.

Thanks again for the push.
