I apologize in advance if this belongs in a different category.
I have a couple of CDR buffers I used years ago with SL-1 systems. They are model 50925 Data Cache boxes by Transaction Recording Systems, Inc.
I no longer have the book for these units, due to flooding a decade or so ago. In the flood, I also lost the source code to the software we wrote to poll these devices.
I would like to use one again, if I can come up with the manual for it...or at least the commands that need to be sent to pause it, clear it and retrieve data. There is a nice sticker on the bottom that tells how to set the dipswitches and how the cable ends are pinned, but I need to know how to poll it.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
Dylan. SATUBAW (Some American techs use BIX as well)!
