hello guys i got a call and they have 4 line casio phones. not cordless. when a call is put on hold you can only take it off hold from that ext. it doesnt appear to have the eecutive hold feature. something is wrong and i cant figure it out. any ideas other than tossing it in the trash. thanks, dave.

Those phones are meant to be tossed. Don't waste your time.

thats just what i told them. they also had line 4 dead on one set. i got that fixed but had to return next day to replace jack,i got locked out that day. anyway she tells me after i fixed line 4 on that phone they can now retrieve calls off hold from any phone! makes no sense to me but thats what she said. have a good weekend. dave
