I need to figure out how to program some Executech phones, specifically how make certain phones ring on certain lines, programming intercom numbers, and how to program phones to automatically pick up on a line when the receiver is lifted up. I also need to know where to look for model numbers not only on the phones, but on the system box as well. I have some numbers, but am not sure if they are correct! Can someone help me please?? Thanks!

In order to help you we will need to know what system you are running. You can find the info on the right side of the KSU on a white sticker, it will say somthing like 816,1024,1432,2296. And the phones will have a sticker on the bottom with something like 6614,6600 ect.
Hope this helps

I checked on the system and the numbers I found were as follows.

1432-2-KSU
Rev. L
4287

The vast majority of the numbers on the phones were 6414-AB. However, there was one phone with the number 6614E-AB. This system was donated to us as we are a non-profit organization. I hope this helps you out. Let me know if I am missing something!! Thanks again for all your help!

What you have is a 1432 (14lines 32stations)
your phones are 6414 ash black and the 6614e is a speaker phone. You can program them with a dummy terminal or with a DSS at ext 110.The ringing and idle line pickup is programmed with the first station and DSS or the terminal. For assigning intercom buttons to phone you would (1.go to the phone you want to program 2.press speaker 85 3.press the button you want to program 4.dial the intercom number you want on it, repeat steps 3 and 4 for each button you program.) or press speaker to end. Note: some phones have a monitor button instead of speaker but they mean the same thing. Your stations start at 110 and end acordding to how many you have on the system.I would put the 6614E at station 110.
Hope this helps

Let me correct dtmf post
The 6614E isn't a speaker phone but a 14 line phone, which can be used for programming along with that DSS, like DTMF said, but don't try and use the 6614E as a speaker phone, the speakerphones end in an S or a T not an E. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]
