The office I work in has a Comdial Impact 8024S LCD DXP Speakerphone. If I am on an outside line on a phone call many in the office noticed that this one person in particular will not be on an outside line and appear to be in his voicemail (vm) when he does not have any vm. My question is: does this phone have certain buttons in which it enables one station to listen to another station's call without the second being notified? If so, how is this done?

Yes you can program your lines to be non-private, any one that has that line can acces the call and listen in. Hope this helps dtmf

Not only can they listen but can talk too!! If you want to snoop on the line use your mute key so the others won't hear ya.
