Guess no one out here installs WIN telephone systems, I am surprised. they are a good switch. Just wondering why I didn't see them with a title. Peace!

WIN has a tendency to be geograhically proprietary with dealerships. I think it is a hard sell when you are the only dealer in town and the name is not known.

I used to work on WIN. The STS is better and costs less.

I don't sell them any more but I still have a few that I service.
Z is correct though, there is a platinum dealer
just 15 miles north of me. [Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]

My boss is thinking about becoming a Win dealer. There's a few things I don't like about the system, though.

1. Standard fuses on the C.O. lines. Service call and unhappy customers after lightning storms.
2. An unfiltered fan on a small system. Dust gets sucked in and coats the boards, it gets moist on a rainy day, you get the picture.
3. Printer port dongle required for programming. More to break or get lost.
4. Port capacity is determined by which processor is installed. If the customer wants more phones and you don't have the right processor in stock, they wait. Even if you have the phones and the card installed.

Call me biased, but I like Toshiba.
