I would like to add a button to an Impact 8024 set that would forward internal ("Personal") calls only. I am able to select this feature through the LCD menu, but when I try to add a permanent button, this only seems to be an option for "All Calls" (internal and external). The on-line manual seems to only address adding a "Forward All Calls" button. Any ideas?

This does help ... but can this function be assigned to one of the programmable buttons?
Thanks

You can if you program it as a speed dial button and use ITCM as the line and hold as a pause. But as a rule no.
