Quick question. We're running DXP software rev 13A. If I need to upgrade to 14A do I need a RAM upgrade as well or just fork over the money for the software?

Thanks</font> I believe all you need is to obtain the 14A software. The RAM upgrades are generally for more SMDR information stored.
