I Have a Customer That has a Comdial The model Number Is a G0816 With a software cartridge rev16b and a display one of the phones says WRAP UP. How do I make it go away?

What if any Voice Mail do you have. If the customer has a VVP, that station may be logged on as CSR in VVP CSR box. If this is not the case.This station may be part of a DCD Group. Let us know and I will get the information to you.

If you do not have VVP then follow this procedure; 1. Press HOLD 2. Press DND If you do not have a DND button, program one then follow the procedure.
