I have a Comdial Executech KSU (3X8) with the info sticker on the back that says "0308X" and underneath it "805C" with a "B" written in right after.

I have tried both 6614E-PG and 6706X-PG phones in all ports. I get Line-1 appearing on the hold button, Line 2 on Line 1 button, etc. No ITCM at all so no way to enter programming mode.

My questions: 1) Are these sets compatible with this KSU 2) Is there anyway to program using these sets as opposed to getting a 6600 as identified earlier 3) is there a way to do a system reset to get these sets to work?

You have an old beige cabinet comdial. The older series will only support the 3508,3598 and 6414 series telephones. I would suggest you can the cabinet and buy a N or K series black cabinet especially if you have 6706/ 6600 series phones. Believe I have an N308 and a K1024 cab in the office.

jwooten is right you can't use your phones with the 308X, it will be cheaper to replace the KSU then the phones, you should be able to pick up an NO308 KSU for about $200. Try Sundance they have some killer deals.
