We have a couple of contractors that work out of the office. We want to be able to assign then a DID number and extension and whenever anyone calls the number is forward immediately to their home office number. Anyone have any ideas?

I need to further qualify my question. We have CFOS enabled Line/Intercom RNA. It appears that everything works fine if a caller dials the DID number, it rolls to the outside number. When someone calls out main line number and the call is routed to the extension through the auto-attendent the call is dropped after the RNA. Thanks in advance.
