Does anyone know how to get a caller back after 'tapping' them?

My problem is if I have tapped a caller through and waited on the line and get voice mail or no answer, how to I get them back?

Thanks.

with some systems there is a "RECON" soft key on the display. press that.

if not hit hold. it will return the call to a hold status.

Usually you can use the tap button to toggle back and forth. You might want to get with your local provider that is supplying the Centrex feature and see if they have a code you can dial to drop the call and get the original call back.
