We currently have Comdial DXP and Concierge call accounting software. We would like to update the software, as our dealer hasn't upgraded it since it was installed 5 years ago. We no longer have him come out to our property, as he charges outrageous amounts and got mad at us because we moved the call accounting computer without getting his permission. I really don't know why he is worried about it, as we do own all of the equipment and I believe any warentees on the systems have expired. We have someone on our staff now that handles all of the telephone, computer, and networking equipment. We have no way to get the software, as the dealer will not give us access to it. I would call another dealer, but the next closest one is 3 1/2 hours away. Is there anyone that would either be willing to email me their user id and password to the Comdial Dealer Resource Center or download the software for me an email it to me? [email protected]
