Still am having this issue. Tried what you recommended Tipandring. Fixed for a couple of days. I checked the settings i changed still what i put them at. Any other ideas?

Play with the settings, you can't hurt it.
What software level is the DX-80?
The Latest is F32. The older versions do have some bugs.
If you can find a Comdial dealer they were giving the upgrades for free.

Will do Tipandring. No comdial dealer around that I know of except for atcom and my customer doesn't want atcom back in there.

Slim, I have the F32 upgrade chips. I removed them from a system that was upgraded to A33. I have no problem sending them to you if you need it. I can also send you the F32 PCDBA.

We finally had a similar problem with one mail box and the greeting being cut off. We worked on it for hours but the solution was in deleting the mail box and adding it back.
It's worth a try!
