I'm using a 7700S phone and Digitech system. We've tried 2 different cordless headset (GN Netcom & Plantronics & Logitech). The Logitech works fine, but battery life is short. When we tried to use the GN Netcom & the Plantronics (Comdial CSR says the support both), the mic on the handset gets blown. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another cordless headset out there with a good battery life (6 - 8hrs).
Also, is there someplace I can get a replacement receiver or just the mic in the receiver?

I don't know about the headset but if you need mic's I get them from Mike Sandman. check sandman.com
Also the mic in the reciever is the same as the one in the telephone set and I've used them when I have an old handset around to take a mic from. If you put one in and it doesn't work try reversing the wires.
