Originally posted by dtmf: You lost me dude, what do you mean you can't get in. What did you do exactly. on the debut system, i put a phone number in the transfer field for it to do a blind transfer. when i try to test it by calling the number that points to that voicemail id it says the box name and then the phone was silent. so i tried to go back in the voicemail system to make changes, and now it wont respond to any keys press, f10 doesnt work, esc doesnt work only ctrl break works, which doesnt help, cause i need to work on the system. I was able to call into vm box and change the call forward settings. but i still cant get into the vm system to make changes w/ the laptop. ( i hope that makes sense)

reboot= Turn power off let it set for at least 15 minuets (to let the capacitors build out) then power back up. One of the best fixes for most all electronic equipment. ![[Linked Image from sundance-communications.com]](https://www.sundance-communications.com/forum/smile.gif) good luck [This message has been edited by test-ok (edited February 06, 2004).]
