Hello, I was wondering if anyone can explain how to set co lines to rollover to another co line when one is busy? My customer has only 2 co lines. She would like for when someone calls in on CO #1 any its already busy to rollover to CO #2. I was informed by Tech Support that she would have to purchase those lines from the telephone company. Is this true? Thanks for the input.

Yes, she needs to have the telephone company set up her lines as roll-over lines.
