I have a less that 2 year old Comdial FXII
switch, with ACD and announcer box.

The announcer box was installed with the switch but after a short time the installers could not make the box work, the Box has come back from Comdial, said it was working,
it is connected to both the switch and the ACD box. All connections look good and the ACD system says is knows of voice ports, 4 of them, When you try to login to the announcer box from the phone system, and press the msg button, it says 'Voice Port Dead' I have access to VMMI, and we have working VM system.
Where can I look for the solution to fixing
this problem.
All advice accepted.

** Additional, The DVA is hooked to a FXLDS-16 Card, and the Phone Type Appears to be Wrong,
I have reset it to DVA01 but it did not solve the problem, But there must be a setting I am missing, I know one of the installers must have over written these records, When adding phones.
They are Ports 49-52 extensions 201-204
