I have a debut voice mail and someone has change the default password (1234) to something else. Is their a way to change it back to the default password with out knowing what the current passord is? Thanks for any help.

you can send it back to comdial to default the system, or you can (I think this works with flash based systems) temporarily pull the capasitor that holds up the memory during a power failure. When you put it back in and power up it should load all the default data. Then reprogram the whole thing.
