Anybody know what the latest revision of software is for the DXP. Need to upgrade a client (theirs currently dates to 1999) And can I download this from Comdial? Or if someone has it available? Thanks, Scott

Scott, I don't know what the current version is on the DXP but you can't upgrade it with a download. It takes a change of a daughter card to upgrade the software on a DXP but the DXP+ could be upgraded via software. Also be aware that upgrading the software requires the right rev on CPU on both systems. Can't remember the specifics right now (I've been away fron the Comdial products for a little over a year.) I believe that you have to deal with King Technologies for the DXP and DXP plus.

Bigkayeh is right on.
You need to know the current version of software, if it is 9D or lower you will have to go through a couple of versions to step it up. You need to know the rev. of the DXCPU and DXSRV. Are you running Quick Que, or Networking or Hotel software? Do you have expanded ram? If it is a DXP+ do you have 480 or 960 port software. If it is very old software some features work different in new software such as group intercoms.
