Hi there... I have an Exectutech 2000 system and 6614 telephone sets. A user is trying to program a speed dial number into a button location on the top of the phone.
I just can't remember which button is used as the "shift" key to store a speed dial in a top/upper location when storing speed dials.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

David

The Shift key is
[Hold] for personal speed dials
[Hold]* for system speed dials
