Anyone have any ideas on the above message? Our system is a DXP Plus and all lines disconnect a few times a week and display this plus an address. In other words, I get ICO39.101.048 while someone else gets ICO39.101.05A

Your system is doing a watchdog reset. There are many reasons for this. What rev. is the software and how long has this been happening? And what features do you use?
It could be a grounding issue make sure your telco ground and DXP ground are bonded. Use electrical or building steel and not water pipe. It can also be an issue where a feature you are using has a problem in your rev of software.
